Thanksgiving pre-orders are now open! Get local, pasture-raised Thanksgiving turkeys from Richardson Farms and Behind the Oaks, and scratch-made pies from Texas French Bread, Baked from Scratch ATX, and Pie Jacked. Pick-up at Radius the week before Thanksgiving at 1912 E 7th St. Orders must be placed by November 21st.

- Turkey from Richardson Farms and Behind the Oaks. Both farms raise pastured breasted white turkeys that forage for bugs, seeds, and vegetation and are given non-GMO feed. Richardson Farms is owned and operated by Jim and Kay Richardson. Jim is a retired veterinarian and Kay is a retired registered nurse. The animals raised on Richardson Farms are all pasture-raised and never fed hormones or antibiotics. Behind the Oaks is owned and operated by Zachary and Samantha Platt. Samantha is the third generation to operate the farm in Schertz, TX, and Zack married into the farm life over 14 years ago. They use regenerative practices to raise grass-fed beef, pasture-raised pork, and pasture-raised poultry and eggs.
- Texas French Bread Pies. Fresh baked pecan, chocolate pecan, apple, and cranberry pies made from scratch with 100% organic grains from Barton Springs Mill and Central Milling and no preservatives. Texas French Bread is a 40-year Austin icon.
